Good News? I don't know what that is anymore...

So the Australian doesnt believe Im in a commited relationship with an Australian citizen so they wont grant me a visa.
On one rejection letter we have no dependants - four weeks later on another rejection letter we have a dependant.
The Australian High commission don't believe I'm a 'genuine visitor' either.
I don't know what I am meant to be.

One day they might meet me and see I'm just a human being wanting the best for my family.

All I know is that in March 2011 Marc O'Brien and I will have a child to take care of.

DEPARTMENT OF IMMIGRATION AND CITIZENSHIP
Dear Ms Laura Rose MARDON,
This email is in relation to your electronic Working Holiday (subclass417) visa application lodged via the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website. A Working Holiday visa allows the holder to enter Australia with theprincipal purpose of visiting Australia for a holiday. It also allowsvisa holders to supplement their holiday with short-term employment. However, the primary purpose of the visa is for the holder to have aholiday in Australia.
DEPENDENT CHILDREN You have declared to the London DIAC office that your intention is to beaccompanied by dependant/s during your period of stay in Australia.

This declaration is not consistent with the principal purpose of being a‘genuine visitor’ as interpreted in the Working Holiday Visa Regulations.Regulation 417.211 (4) (d) requires that applicants for a Working Holiday(subclass 417) visa will not be accompanied by dependent children duringtheir stay in Australia. Note: A dependent child is the natural or adopted child, or step-child,of yourself or your spouse or de facto partner who: - is not married or engaged to be married or in a de facto relationship- has not turned 18. As you intend to be accompanied by dependants during your stay inAustralia, you do not satisfy criterion 417.211 (4) (d) and cannot begranted a subclass 417 visa.

Actual good news.
My beautiful engagment ring -
